Salary - Upto £24,500
Working hours - 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday

Please note this role will be office based 5 days a week, a hybrid working arrangement can be exploredfrom October/November this year.
Our Fleet department are responsible for a large fleet of vehicles across the Nexgen group. As Fleet Administrator, you'll be working as part of the team to ensure our vehicles are road compliant, taking ownership of all vehicle requirements from accident management, vehicle maintenance and servicing to carrying out driver checks and vehicle handovers with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Check drivers details and have a clear understanding of relevant legislation
* Ensure all fleet vehicles adhere to Health & Safety policies
* Carry out accident reporting processes
* Ensure all fuel cards are up to date and are live
* Keep a log of all vehicles entering the London congestion charge on a regular basis
* Order and prepare relevant vehicles for new contract live dates.
* Ensure the company apparatus is logged and maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures
* Perform handovers and collections from drivers who are using our vehicles in accordance with company procedures and policies
* Update all IT systems and databases which the Company uses to maintain and organise the Fleet including the vehicle tracking system, ensuring that this is co-ordinated in such a way that the vehicles off-road time is minimal
* Administration of forms and associated Fleet documents
* Monitor and keep Telematics systems updated and produce utilization reports monthly/ weekly
Skills and experience we are looking for:
* Previous administration experience essential
* Fleet/car rental/vehicle lease exposure advantageous
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to problem solve, take charge of a situation and successfully deal with the unexpected
* Excellent attention to detail and being meticulous in their approach
* Able to plan, prioritise, work to deadlines, without supervision and on their own initiative
