This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production or manufacturing leader to join a fast-paced, high-performing environment with a strong package and excellent benefits.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading shift operations, driving team performance, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are achieved across production.The Role As Shift Manager, you will lead and motivate production teams within a busy manufacturing operation, ensuring targets are achieved while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
