Our client, a leading waste management business are currently recruiting for an experienced customer-focused administrator to join their team. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an individual who excels at multitasking and thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be an integral part of a vibrant team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
What’s in it for you?
* £488 per week
* Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
* Fixed 08:30 – 17:00 shift
* 4 month fixed term contract with the opportunity for extension
Your Role:
* Inbound Call Management: Answer all inbound calls with professionalism and politeness, accurately logging details in Salesforce to ensure effective record-keeping and follow-up.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
* Complaint Resolution: Focus on resolving complaints promptly, with a strong emphasis on customer retention and satisfaction.
* Credit Control Assistance: Collaborate with the credit control team to resolve queries and assist in managing outstanding debts efficiently.
* Driver Debrief Process: Comprehend the daily driver debrief process, addressing any issues that arise, and maintain comprehensive records of actions in Salesforce
* Health and Safety: Fulfil Health and Safety responsibilities by adhering to the company’s policies and procedures, ensuring all work complies with relevant legislation.
* Additional Duties: Undertake various duties as required within the Service Centre to support overall operations and team efficiency.
* Training and Development: Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and contribute to personal and professional growth.
* Project Support: Assist the Administration Coordinator in ad hoc projects, providing necessary support and input to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
* Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations is desirable.
* Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
