The job holder is responsible for coordinating and managing engine events, including both scheduled Mobile Repairs and shop-based activities within the EMEA region. This role ensures that all projects meet established business deadlines while maintaining compliance with quality, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and other applicable standards. Key responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, and collaboration with various departments to ensure that both customer and company requirements are fully met. The goal is to deliver the highest quality of service in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Customer Relationship Management :
Collaborate with external Customer representatives, Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Field Support, and CSC (Customer Service Center) to build strong customer relationships, focusing on enhancing the overall customer experience.
Resource Planning :
Assess and plan resource requirements to meet company objectives, ensuring adherence to quality standards, achievement of turnaround time targets, and cost control within agreed levels.
Regulatory and Quality Compliance :
Ensure all processes and procedures comply with Airworthiness requirements, EASA regulatory standards, and company policies. Strategic Parts Planning :
Collaborate with Purchasing and Inventory teams to strategically plan parts and materials needed for upcoming service events.
Review and audit technical documentation to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Customer Feedback Collection :
Actively gather customer feedback through surveys to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Hands-on or planning experience in gas turbine engine maintenance
Skills in resource planning
Prior experience in planning, production control, or operations role within an MRO or OEM setting
Strong communication skills to liaise between engineering, logistics, field teams, and customers.
Customer and Quality Assurance : Ensure that all products and services consistently meet customer requirements, established quality standards, and airworthiness authority regulations.
Policy Adherence : Stay informed of and comply with company policies and procedures, including Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations, Business Ethics, Export Controls, and financial controls.
