Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning and delivering engaging and inclusive Maths lessons.
* Support students' physical, emotional, and social development through classroom activities.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to adapt the Maths curriculum to meet the needs of all students.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them to achieve their personal best.
* Encourage a positive and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and supported.
Requirements:
* A strong passion for Maths and working with young people.
* Experience in teaching Secondary age pupils.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work as part of a dedicated team.
