Overview
Hours: Full time and part time hours available per week. On a rota basis that will include mornings, evenings and alternate weekends anytime between 7am to 10pm. This is a mobile field-based role to support older adults in McCarthy Stone developments. It is a dual role consisting of Personal Care and Domestic Services. You will work closely with the Field Care Supervisor, House Managers and Care Performance Manager to deliver personal bespoke care and lifestyle services, which may include assisting with personal care, household tasks, companionship and wellbeing activities. You will also help ensure communal areas are cleaned regularly. Travel between developments is required; parking is available at each site.
Responsibilities
* Support Individual Homeowners: provide personalised care (daily activities, personal hygiene, medication assistance) and domestic support (cleaning, shopping, household tasks).
* Domestic: maintain communal areas within developments to a high standard, ensuring a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment for homeowners.
* Social Support: assist homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements and appointments to enhance wellbeing and social connections.
* Travel Expenses: use your personal car for work with travel expenses fully reimbursed and parking available on site. Mileage is paid at 43p per mile.

Requirements
* Valid full UK driving licence and access to a car; willingness to travel between developments.
* Location: Across Hexham & Surrounding Areas; travel between developments is essential. Travel expenses are covered and mileage paid at 43p per mile.
* Skills & Experience: ideally Level 2 Health and Social Care experience; not essential as full training is provided. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and time management are required.
* Flexibility: ability to work on a rota including early mornings, late shifts and alternate weekends.
