About the role
Do you have a passion for digital content and social media? We are looking for a talented and imaginative Digital Content Manager to join our Communications Team at Sage Homes. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our digital presence and make a real impact on how we engage with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
As our Digital Content Manager, you'll work closely with the Senior Brand and Production Manager to lead the creation of engaging multimedia content across our website, customer portal, and social media platforms. You will play a key role in enhancing customer experience, driving engagement, and building our brand reputation.
This role is based at our Northampton office for three days per week, with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days.
Key responsibilities include:
* Plan, create, and manage digital content across all platforms, ensuring it meets regulatory standards and reflects customer feedback
* Develop written, visual, and video content tailored to diverse audiences including customers, stakeholders, and potential colleagues
* Launch and lead Sage's social media presence, building engagement and community
* Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand voice across all channels
* Use analytics tools to track performance and inform content strategy
* Stay ahead of digital trends and technologies to keep our content fresh and relevant
* Collaborate with internal teams to align content with campaigns and organisational goals
* Monitor and respond to website feedback, implementing improvements quickly
* Ensure all content meets accessibility standards and reflects our inclusive values
* Champion Sage's Purpose, Mission, Values and Behaviours in all digital communications
About you
* Proven experience in planning and developing compelling multimedia content
* Strong understanding of web content and accessibility best practices
* Experience launching and managing social media channels
* Proficiency in content management systems (Kentico a bonus), design software, and video editing tools (e.g. Adobe)
* Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and campaign management
* Excellent copywriting and creative development skills
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
* Confident communicator with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Prior experience creating consumer-facing content is essential
