What you’ll be doing
* Welcoming guests and creating a warm, memorable first impression
* Taking food and drink orders and delivering excellent table service
* Preparing and serving drinks, including cocktails, wine, beer, and soft drinks
* Providing menu knowledge and recommendations
* Ensuring dining and bar areas are clean, organised, and well-presented
* Handling payments accurately
* Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer care during busy servicesCore skills required
