Your new role
1. Reviewing and verifying invoice rates to ensure accuracy andpliance
2. Authorising invoices for payment in line with contractual and financial guidelines
3. Maintaining and updating internal databases with relevant financial and property data
4. Ensuring all payments are correctly acknowledged by landlords and third parties
5. Performing ledger reconciliations and supporting general accounting functions
6. Calculating financial caps and apportionments as required
7. Conducting data analysis to support financial decision-making
8. Identifying discrepancies and accounting errors, and securing refunds where applicable
9. Requesting and managing information from external stakeholders
10. Preparing detailed accounting reports for internal and client use
11. Supporting annual financial forecasting and budget planning activities
12. Carrying out ad hoc financial and administrative tasks as needed
What you'll need to succeed
13. Experience in accounts payable ledgers preferable
14. Prior experience with service charges is preferable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
15. Attention to detail and good analytical skills are essential.
