Role Overview
As a Technology Support Analyst you will provide support to colleagues across SPW through a combination of remote support and deskside support. Working closely with other members of the SPW Technology & Change team and external suppliers to support infrastructure solutions and applications across the organisation.
We’ll support you with developing new skills, building your knowledge and also an understanding of the organisation.

Responsibilities
* Device, Application & Data Management
* In person support and maintenance of Audio Visual equipment
* In person support and maintenance comms room equipment
* Collaboration & Unified Comms (Voice, Video, SharePoint, Email)
* Contribute to Service Improvements
* Active Directory/Identity & Access Management
* Provision of deskside and remote support for colleagues
* On site hardware support, including swap outs, processing returns and issuing new devices.
* Support of print and scanning service.
* Technology change, including post change testing and support.
* Ensuring support SLA’s are met and delivering an excellent colleague satisfaction score.
Requirements
* Have experience of providing IT support, both remotely and deskside.
* Have a customer focused approach, ensuring a high quality service is provided and colleague issues are resolved in a timely manner.
* Be approachable and able to communicate with colleagues across SPW, with great interpersonal skills and enjoy collaborating with teams to solve problems. Demonstrating good stakeholder management skills.
* Have an understanding of IT Service Desk processes and procedures, including experience of using a service management toolset.
* Have a proactive approach in helping to find opportunities to improve the service colleagues receive.
* Be passionate about technology and support demonstrated through hobbies, extra-curricular activities and experience from a workplace.
* Be knowledgeable of MS Windows and how to access and change settings.
* Have demonstrable experience of supporting and using collaboration tools (Voice, Video, SharePoint, Email) and also the MS365 Product Suite (Previously Office 365 - Including but not limited to MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business)
* Demonstrate sound written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate technical information to colleagues at all levels regardless of their technical knowledge
* Have a desire to learn and expand your knowledge as well as sharing your knowledge with colleagues, contributing to their development.
* Be confident in working alone as well as in a team, managing own time and have excellent time management skills.
