We’re currently recruiting Support Workers to join our fantastic team at Sangwell House in Clowne, a beautifully designed supported living service where independence, dignity, and community come first.
About Sangwell House: Sangwell House is a modern, purpose-built service offering 16 one‑bedroom apartments, each with open‑plan living spaces and wet‑room style ensuite. Ground‑floor apartments are fully accessible, featuring drop counters, self‑opening doors, and assistive technology such as video intercoms, automatic blinds, and a nurse‑call system. The service supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and mental health conditions. Residents enjoy a balance of independence and connection—private living spaces with access to shared gardens, social activities, and a consistent, caring staff team.
Shift Pattern
* Morning shifts: 7:00 am – 2:30 pm
* Afternoon shifts: 2:30 pm – 10:00 pm
* Full flexibility required, including weekends
* Night cover may also be needed
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
* Encouraging independence and community involvement
* Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
* Working as part of a close‑knit, caring team
