Your new role
In this Employee Relations (ER) Partner role, you will be the main point of contact for all ER matters. You will play a critical role in managing a substantial caseload of employee relations issues while ensuring alignment withpany policies and business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong coaching skills, a keen business sense for interpreting policies, and the ability to make informedmercial decisions based on an understanding of business policy andmercial risk appetite.
Part of this role will be upskilling line managers to manage their own case load. You will be a trusted advisor to the business and your stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
Solid ER experience, available to start ASAP.
