Key responsibilities:


Develop account strategies: Create and implement long-term plans to grow revenue and profitability from key accounts.


Cultivate client relationships: Build trust and credibility by maintaining strong relationships with senior-level client stakeholders.


Act as a liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between the client and various internal teams.


Identify opportunities: Analyze client needs, industry trends, and market dynamics to proactively identify opportunities for growth.


Essential skills and qualifications:


Market knowledge: A broad understanding of market research products, processes, and specific industry products.


Sales and business development: A proven track record in account management, sales, or business development.


Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are crucial.


Business acumen: A good understanding of financial concepts, contract management, and how to develop business cases.


Interpersonal and communication skills: Crucial for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.


Analytical and problem-solving skills: Needed to understand client needs and identify strategic opportunities.


Leadership and management skills: Important for taking charge of accounts and directing sales strategies.


Negotiation and influencing skills: Key for managing contracts and influencing stakeholders.


Organizational and time management skills: Necessary for managing multiple responsibilities and long-term plans.
