Experienced School Caretaker Needed – Primary School, Harrow
We’re working with a friendly primary school in Harrow who are looking for an experienced school caretaker to join their site team full time, starting ASAP.
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows schools inside out and takes real pride in keeping a safe, welcoming environment for pupils and staff.
The role includes:
1. Day-to-day site maintenance and minor repairs
2. Opening and securing the school premises
3. Health and safety checks and compliance
4. Supporting with cleanliness, security, and general upkeep
5. Being a reliable, trusted presence around the school
You must have:
6. Previous experience working as a school caretaker (essential)
7. A clear DBS on the update service (essential)
8. A practical, proactive approach and good attention to detail
9. Reliability, flexibility, and a calm, professional manner

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
