* The Financial Analyst role is pivotal within our Financial Planning and Reporting team, offering exposure to all parts of our dynamic business.

Key Responsibilities
1. Producing standard monthly and periodic reports, including sales lead generation, pipeline progression, bookings, and backlog.
2. Preparing month-end reporting packs with KPIs and analytical commentary for review by department leads and senior finance partners.
3. Managing templates to ensure reporting aligns with brand guidelines.
4. Maintaining data for forecasts, budgets, and reforecasts.
5. Contributing to the monthly investor board pack.
6. Participating in the annual budgeting process and final budget presentation.
7. Reviewing and analyzing central costs monthly.
8. Performing ad hoc analyses as needed.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
* Experience in a similar financial analysis role.
* Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, large datasets, SUMIF, INDEX/MATCH.
* Proficiency with PowerPoint and Word.
* Strong IT skills and quick learner of new systems.
* Excellent communication skills to interpret and explain financial data to diverse audiences.
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
Desirable Qualifications
* AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualification or QBE.
* Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Phocas.
* Experience in business partnering and analytical review of results.
