Job description
We are looking for an efficient and conscientious individual to join our team, providing support to the independent financial advisers and other admin members within the company to ensure that our clients are given a high level of continuing service.
This is a varied role; your duties will include, but not be limited to:
* Answering and directing incoming calls
* Opening, sorting and distributing daily post
* Taking the post to the Post Office 2-3 times a week
* Maintaining the client database
* Replenishing office supplies
* General administration – printing, filing, scanning, shredding, and keeping the office in order
* Issuing letters of authority to product providers
* Corresponding with providers across the market to obtain up to date plan information
* Producing and updating client reports
* Issuing emails to clients requesting appointments with their adviser
* Chasing clients for any outstanding documentation
The successful candidate will:
* Have a good eye for detail
* Be competent with I.T systems e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook
* Have good organisational skills
* Be capable of prioritising their workload
* Have an aptitude for high accuracy
* Be well presented with a confident telephone manner
Previous experience within the financial services industry is preferred, but not essential.
This role is the entry level role within the company and expectations would be for the successful candidates to continue to progress professionally and personally into more senior roles in the company.

Pay: Up to £23,800.00 per year
