About the Role
Staffline Recruitment Ireland is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Northern Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in high-volume, seasonal, temporary or permanent recruitment. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will support clients and candidates by delivering tailored recruitment solutions, managing vacancies from initial brief through to hire, and ensuring excellent service throughout the recruitment process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing talent, managing attraction strategies, writing and promoting job adverts, building strong client relationships, and delivering permanent recruitment campaigns in line with KPIs, GP and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities
8. Manage vacancies from inception, selecting the most effective advertising and attraction strategies
9. Source candidates and build talent pipelines using job boards, social media, Broadbean and business networks
10. Deliver high-quality permanent recruitment campaigns in line with agreed timelines
11. Build trusted relationships with clients, identifying needs and providing a responsive recruitment service
12. Design and write high-standard, legally compliant job adverts on behalf of clients
13. Ensure maximum advertising coverage for all new job opportunities
14. Design and manage effective selection processes
15. Support the Managing Director in matching client requirements with the right candidates
16. Work to agreed KPIs, GP targets and quality standards
17. Collaborate with Specialist Recruitment, Network, MSP and Support Teams to deliver recruitment solutions
Essential Criteria
18. At least 3 years' experience in a recruitment role
19. Experience recruiting across a wide geographic area
20. Experience in one or more of the following:High-volume recruitmentSeasonal recruitmentTemporary recruitmentPermanent recruitment
21. Proven track record in account management, achieving KPIs, building candidate pipelines and developing strong relationships
22. Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
23. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand client and candidate needs
24. Strong commercial awareness
25. Highly organised with a systematic approach to delivering results
26. GCSE English and Maths at Grade A-C, or equivalent
27. Full clean driving licence or access to transport
Desirable Criteria
28. Public sector or government recruitment experience
29. REC qualification
30. Third-level qualification
