Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid)

Our client, a highly respected executive search firm known for its outstanding culture and passionate team, is seeking a Project Assistant / PA to join their growing Edinburgh office.
As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you will support a senior consultant and their wider group with a broad range of administrative and project coordination tasks. This includes managing complex diaries and meetings, scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews, preparing and distributing high-quality documentation, and handling the logistics of psychometric assessments.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and has a proven ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and efficiency.
