The Role
Were looking for a Lead Dynamics 365 SCM Technical Manager to take technical ownership of a large‑scale, business‑critical D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) platform. This is a senior role with real accountability for platform stability, integrations, releases, and third‑party performance.
This role is SCM‑focused only (Finance & Supply Chain / SCM modules).
What Youll Do
* Act as the technical authority for the D365 SCM platform
* Lead incident, problem, and major escalation management
* Own technical governance for managed service and delivery partners
* Oversee releases, upgrades, quality updates, and environment readiness
* Ensure stability across D365 SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics, Planning)
* Monitor and manage Azure‑based integrations and platform health
* Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, security, and risk controls
* Drive continuous improvement and resilience of the SCM platform
What We’re Looking For
* Strong hands‑on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM
* Proven background in SaaS / PaaS platform support
* Experience leading technical teams and third‑party suppliers
* Solid understanding of Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Event Grid, etc.)
* Comfortable operating in high‑availability, enterprise environments
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
