This role provides essential support to the Private Client Legal Advisors, with a particular focus on assisting the Estate & Probate Legal Advisor.
You'll help ensure the efficient preparation of high‑quality documents and the smooth progression of estate and probate matters, while also offering broader support to the wider team when needed.

About you
You will have a minimum of two years' experience in a Private Client practice, with exposure to estate administration and probate. Highly organised and accurate, you will demonstrate sound judgement, strong communication skills, and a client‑centred approach.
Working closely with the Estate & Probate Legal Advisor, your key responsibilities include:
· liaising with clients in a professional, clear and empathetic manner.
· drafting correspondence and legal documents from digitally dictated guidance.
· supporting file administration, including maintenance, reviews, and file opening and closure.
· communicating with external organisations, including HMRC and the Probate Registry.
· processing payments and assisting in the preparation of Estate Accounts.
