What You’ll Lead
* Managing the full 360 recruitment process across your own client portfolio
* Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key industry partners
* Driving revenue through strategic business development and expanding existing accounts
* Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to a high-performance culture
* Providing market intelligence, workforce advice, and tailored solutions to clients
* Using strong commercial acumen to maximise profitability and desk growth
* Collaborating with leadership to shape divisional strategy and operational improvements
What You Bring
* Demonstrated success as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant — ideally in trades, construction, technical, or similar sectors
* Strong business development capability and a proven record of client retention
* Outstanding stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, results-focused mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
* Confidence using recruitment CRMs, job boards, and sourcing technology
