Position: Digital Trading Lead - Food
Reporting to the Digital Trading Manager, this role is responsible for driving performance and growth within specific food categories across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with customer and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Review daily performance metrics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks, aligning with business targets.
2. Analyze customer and performance data to inform strategic category plans.
3. Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies for assigned categories.
4. Manage and deliver digital projects across relevant platforms.
5. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers and internal teams, to support digital initiatives.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize content, sales, and customer journey.
7. Utilize insights and tools, including testing, to improve digital metrics and commercial outcomes.
8. Participate in strategic meetings, share performance updates, and influence commercial strategies.
9. Engage with suppliers and media teams to review strategies and performance.
10. Inform promotional activities using data analytics and insights.
11. Conduct site reviews to ensure optimal customer experience and content accuracy.
12. Ensure compliance with legal standards.
13. Support the Digital Trading Manager as needed.
