Disrepair Administrator We are currently looking for a Disrepair Administrator to join One Vision Housing part of The Sovini Group. What Youll Do: Job duties Provide efficient and accurate administration of all disrepair cases across One Vision Housings housing stock. The postholder will ensure cases are logged, tracked, and managed in line with legal requirements, internal policies, and best practice standards. This includes maintaining records, preparing correspondence, coordinating appointments, and supporting the team with documentation for legal proceedings. Delivering a professional, customer-focused service that protects the organisations reputation and ensures timely resolution of disrepair claims.
