Purpose Statement:
Key Job Accountabilities:
1. Drive QA KPIs at their respective assigned functions
2. Manage team performance and development plan; a buddy or assist in training new Team Lead; in pipeline to succeed QA manager or as emergency fill
3. Work cohesively with other CFT leads/SLT/regional team to drive zero defects & customer focus CI
4. Typically is responsible for multiple accounts or products
5. Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
6. Diploma holder with minimum 15 years relevant working experience; or a degree holder (fresh graduate) with minimum 5 years relevant working experience
