PTSG is seeking a dedicated Height Safety Lead Engineer to install, test, and maintain roof access safety systems. You'll work with top-tier equipment like Latchways and Capital Safety Systems, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Accountabilities:
* Deliver various working-at-height projects according to job specifications.
* Follow method statements, risk assessments, and safety regulations.
* Analyze and resolve mechanical/technical problems efficiently.
* Prioritize safety in all tasks.
* Accurately complete all PDA works promptly.
* Communicate professionally with team members, clients, and contractors.
* Maintain and care for all company equipment and materials.
* Uphold a professional company image with corporate clothing and a clean company van.
Job Context / Key Challenges:
You'll work across the UK in a role that demands physical fitness and a strong commitment to safety. This is a labor-intensive position that involves working at heights.

Person Profile:
* Proven experience in fall protection and working at heights.
* Strong planning and problem-solving skills with risk management experience.
* Skilled in installing roof access safety systems such as Latchways, Capital Safety systems, abseil anchors, davit systems, handrails, and eyebolts.
* Team player with a flexible, dynamic approach.
* Full valid driving license essential.
* Experience in team supervision or management with a track record of providing training and coaching.
* Engineering/installation background with proficiency in using small hand tools and battery-operated tools.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
* Customer-focused with a results-oriented mindset.
* Knowledgeable in work at height PPE and associated equipment.
