Temporary 6 Month Contract
We are supporting our client based in Livingston recruit a Finance Assistant on a temporary 6 month contract, to support with clearing a backlog.
This role will be on a part time basis; there is flexibility around the days and hours that can be worked based on individual preference. The role is fully site based in the office in Livingston.
Responsibilities
* Purchase ledger
* Sales ledger
* Credit control
* Bank reconciliations
* Responding to queries by email and telephone
Experience Required
* Previous experience in a Finance/Accounts xsngvjr support role
* Experience using Sage
* Confident using Excel and Microsoft Word
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
* Confident communicating, both written and verbal
