Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Group Business Development Executive to play a key role in expanding their market presence across two brands within the group. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven individual to make a real impact within a progressive and evolving business.
Job Overview
As a Group Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth across multiple business units. You will work closely with internal teams to develop strategies, explore new markets, and contribute to the long-term success of the organisation.
This role offers exposure to two distinct brands and provides excellent scope for professional development within a dynamic business environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
* Develop and implement business growth strategies across multiple brands.
* Proactively generate new business through networking, prospecting, and relationship building.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operational teams to support business development initiatives.
* Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
* Monitor performance against targets and produce regular reports for senior management.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity, recommending improvements where appropriate.
* Attend relevant industry events and exhibitions.
* Support and manage new product development initiatives.

* Commercially minded with a strong understanding of business development and sales processes.
* Analytical thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities.
