Your Day-to-day Will Involve
* Delivering and demonstrating hands-on lessons across workshops and classrooms
* Assessing the work of students across a variety of Plumbing courses and levels
* Contributing your real-world experience to help design and improve course delivery

Salary
There are two salary scale points for Lecturer positions. All candidates will start at the introductory salary scale point unless certain criteria are met. Lecturers normally move up to the highest salary scale after one full academic year of teaching. (Lecturers must be in post by 1st September in any given year to qualify and this is subject to approval.) Internal applicants in the same role may qualify for the higher salary scale, although they should seek clarification.
Who We’re Looking For
* A minimum of a relevant Level 3 Plumbing qualification
* Real world industry experience
* Experience mentoring colleagues, training apprentices or a passion for passing on knowledge to others
* Ability and willingness to learn the skills to plan and deliver hands-on, innovative plumbing lessons that keep students engaged
* Ability to track, assess, and support student progress, planning interventions to help every learner succeed
* Professionalism and high standards in all environments
