Station Manager – Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service
We are looking for an exceptional values‑based leader to drive the Service forward on its improvement journey. The role involves participation in the operational command rota, resolving operational incidents at a tactical level (Level 2 Incident Command), and being available to attend Warwickshire incidents within ten minutes of the county boundary.

Contract & Region
Contractual hours: 42 per week.
Basis: Full time.
Region: Countywide.
Key Requirements
* Substantive within current role, one step below the position applied for.
* Competent against the full role map and keeping all required National Occupational Standards.
* No live disciplinary sanction from a formal disciplinary process.
To apply externally as a sideways transfer, all stages of the promotion process are required.

* Candidate Awareness Session (Q&A): 8th December 19:30 and 16th December 15:00.
* Stage 2 – Practical assessment: select one AM or PM slot (dates provided on acceptance).
* Stage 3 – Confirmation assessment: 13th – 24th April 2026.
