Key Responsibilities
* Comply with the Companys Quality Policy, procedures, and work instructions, ensuring standards for quality, hygiene, and housekeeping are met.
* Respond quickly to breakdowns and issues to maximise machine efficiency, minimise waste and maintain safety.
* Uphold and improve plant hygiene and housekeeping to the highest standards.
* Suggest new projects or practices to drive continuous improvement in health and safety, quality and performance.
* Monitor machinery performance and take proactive measures to prevent downtime.
* Prioritise routine engineering tasks (breakdowns, servicing, maintenance) in collaboration with the Production and Engineering Managers.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues about safety, quality, and machinery issues.
* Repair any breakdowns within the plant or site as requested.

* Strong mechanical/electrical maintenance experience.
* Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
* A proactive mindset with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
* Flexibility to work additional hours or travel when required.
