This role will cover a number of responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of our shop floors, including:
* Support store operations
* Customer service excellence
* Team leadership
* Support the Store Manager with day to day operations
* Stock management
* Handling customer complaints and queries
* Contribute towards colleagues training across the store
