This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to influence and drive the business forward.What will the Finance Manager role involve?
* Overseeing all financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Preparing and ensuring the accuracy of monthly management accounts and annual financial accounts.
* Managing cash flow, working capital, and ensuring the business maintains strong financial health.
* Leading financial audits and collaborating with external auditors to ensure solid financial controls.
* Ensuring timely and compliant tax filings while keeping up to date with relevant financial regulations.
* Supporting business decision-making by providing clear financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:
* Proven experience in a varied finance role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
* Either qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) Or qualified by experience.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with stakeholders across the business.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines during high-pressure reporting periods.
