Here’s what you can look forward to:
* Competitive Salary: £24,860.25 to £26.622.00 (depending on qualifications)
* Enhanced Pay: Get paid more for working weekends and overtime!
o Weekend shifts paid at 1.3x your basic rate.
o Bank holidays paid up to 3x your basic rate.
o Shift Flexibility: Full-time (37.5 hours).
o Shifts include a mix of early (7:30 am - 3:00 pm) and late (2:00 pm - 9:30 pm) hours, with weekends off (just 2 weekends out of 4 required).

* Your Time Off: Up to 28 days annual leave.
* Health & Wellbeing: Access to our on-site gym and swimming pool, whish whilst manly for the use of the people we support you can also use them, plus a comprehensive support package including staff physio, counsellor, and employee assistance programme.
* Paid DBS and Training.
* Pension Scheme with up to **6% contributions.
* Career Development: Opportunities for NVQs, career progression, and financial support for further education.
