Position Overview
Harris Hill is partnering with a respected international membership body to recruit their new Governance Manager. This permanent, full-time role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with three days per week based in Rugby.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Chief Executive and COO in enhancing governance and compliance standards.
* Oversee Board and committee administration, including meeting cycles and documentation.
* Lead succession planning, recruitment, and induction processes for governance roles.
* Maintain and update governing documents and policies in line with best practices.
* Manage contractual agreements and liaise with legal advisors as needed.
Candidate Profile
Seeking an organized and communicative professional with senior governance experience, familiarity with governance frameworks, and legislative knowledge. Chartered membership of a relevant body (e.g., CGI) and charity governance experience are highly desirable.
