This is a new role created at an exciting time in the company’s evolution. The company is a fast-growing, forward-thinking independent house specialising in commercial fiction, with titles published across ebook, audio (and print), offering a fresh approach that combines cutting-edge innovation with editorial quality. As Digital Production Manager, you’ll oversee the journey of digital products from final manuscript through to publication-ready files, working closely with in-house teams covering file development, design, metadata and editorial. You’ll ensure that all materials are prepared on time and to a high standard, while managing internal workflows and team priorities. The role combines technical project management with managing a small and growing team, and would suit someone from a trade, academic, educational or STM background who is confident managing complex, technical workflows in a fast-paced publishing environment. You’ll play a key role in the further development of production systems by contributing feedback and input into new processes. The company offers a collaborative culture with the flexibility to work from London offices or remotely within the UK or a hybrid combination.
