We're on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Technical Sales Administrator to become a key player in our client's global customer support team.
Location: Hedge End
Salary: £28, - £30, DOE
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Deliver exceptional customer service through telephone and email
2. Accurately process orders
3. Track orders from initiation to completion
4. Provide accurate quotations and manage customer orders end-to-end
5. Offer first-line technical support and troubleshoot customer issues
6. Develop strong product knowledge to effectively cross-sell and upsell
7. Liaise with freight forwarders and customs to resolve shipping issues
8. Handle invoicing, payment queries, and aftersales issues including returns, warranties, and complaints.
9. Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
10. Make outbound calls to follow up on orders and promote additional products
What We're Looking For:
11. Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to prioritise under pressure
12. Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
13. Confident MS office skills
14. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain product-related technical solutions
15. Proven experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth aftersales care
