Weare looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated person to join ourbusy Therapies admin team. You should be able to use your own initiative, enjoydealing with the public and working under pressure as part of a friendly team.
Thispost will be based at our new Community Health Hub at Consort House in Redhill.To maintain competency our staff work across all FCHC locations where weprovide therapy services at times such as Caterham Dene Hospital.
This is a full time position, although part time hours would be considered, you will need to be able to work a minimum of 22.5 hours per week (0.6 WTE).
Clinicsrun between 08:00 and 19:00 Monday to Friday so working pattern will need toaccommodate this alongside current staff.
Main duties of the job
Dutiesare varied and include booking appointments, dealing with telephone queriesfrom patients and GPs, inputting and retrieval of data from a computerisedbooking system, as well as general office duties for the physiotherapy,podiatry, orthotics and corporate teams.
Excellent customer service skillsare essential as this is a patient facing role and secretarial skills are anadvantage.
Staff need to be on site for this patient facing role but there isthe potential for hybrid working, dependant on service need. Hybrid workingarrangements would be discussed and agreed with the successful applicantbased on WTE hours.

Job responsibilities
The post holder is responsible for:
* Working on reception, greeting visitors checking them into clinicsand answering queries.
* Providing full clerical support to the place-based therapy department.
* General administrative support to the organisation e.g. orderingsupplies, stationery, patient specific appliances.
* Booking clinics using the EMIS system,maximising all clinicslots.
* Assisting in the development and maintenance of efficient processes in relation to the collectionand recording of data.
* Working across sites withinFirst Community Health& Care as required.
* Assisting with planning and administering clinicschedules (including lateclinics).
* Delivering a high level of customer service both face to face and via the telephone whilstmaintaining confidentiality at all times.
