This role will support the delivery of new retail store development projects across the UK. Reporting to the Construction Project Manager, the ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable managing documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks in a project environment.Responsibilities Support project planning and execution across feasibility, pre-construction, construction, and handover phasesPrepare and maintain project trackers, schedules, and documentation to ensure accurate reporting of progress and timelinesAssist with the review and comparison of contractor bids and quotationsCoordinate daily communications with suppliers, landlords, designers, and contractors to follow up on action points and deliverablesAssist with procurement coordination and delivery tracking of store fixtures and materialsMonitor and update cost trackers and assist in expenditure reporting against approved budgetsSchedule and participate in site visits, contractor meetings, and defect inspectionsEnsure timely collection, filing, and version control of all project-related documents and approvalsSupport quality assurance and brand compliance checks during fit-out and final handoverRequired Qualifications1 to 3 years of experience in construction coordination, architecture, or project support, ideally within the retail or commercial fit-out sectorFamiliarity with construction processes, basic budgeting, and reporting toolsExcellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project tracking tools is a plusWillingness to travel throughout the UK for on-site inspections and meetingsDesirable but Not Essential Proficiency in CAD or design-related softwareRelevant project certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP)Multi-lingual language ability (Chinese preferred)
