Sales Executive – Caravan Holiday Park Location: Kent

We are a well-established holiday park in Kent, offering families and individuals a place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the benefits of holiday home ownership. Our park is a welcoming and supportive environment with a strong sense of community—and we're looking for a Sales Executive who can help us grow our owner base by matching the right people with the right holiday home.
You’ll be the face of our sales team, guiding customers through the process of purchasing a caravan holiday home. This is a customer-focused role that combines relationship-building, product knowledge, and on-the-ground sales.
Engage with walk-in enquiries, phone leads, and online prospects
Conduct tailored tours of the park and available units
Support marketing initiatives and sales events when needed
Achieve monthly sales targets through great service and follow-through
Previous sales experience (holiday homes or caravans a bonus)
Good understanding of basic sales techniques and follow-up processes
Comfortable working weekends and bank holidays
Full UK driving licence preferred
