Vivid's client in the East Midlands is looking for an experienced Housing Options Team Leader for 6 months, with the potential to be extended for a further 6 months.

* Role: Housing Options Team Leader
* Duration: 6 months
* Location: East Midlands
* Rate: £30-35 per hour
* Start: ASAP
Responsibilities
* Provide day to day direction and supervision of the Housing Options team assisting your members of staff with any queries they have
* Provide an effective options-based service that seeks to prevent homelessness within the borough and maximise the range of housing choices available to applicants
* Have up to date knowledge of relevant legislation, case law and other best practice to ensure S184 decisions are reached in an appropriate manner
Requirements
* Experience of assisting the team manager in recruitment of staff
* Experience of working in a busy customer-oriented environment
* Experience of delivering excellent customer service and provide successful team management including target setting
