?? Key Responsibilities
As Communications & Marketing Coordinator, you will:
* Support content creation for WPS-wide internal and external communications, including newsletters, articles, branded materials, and presentations.
* Coordinate events from start to finish, managing invite lists, bookings, RSVPs, stakeholder packs, and on-the-day logistics.
* Collaborate with the creative services team and business partners to ensure timely delivery of content and branded assets.
* Manage HubSpot communications, media releases, and ensure brand consistency across channels.
* Provide general administrative support including raising purchase orders, maintaining databases, and managing digital assets.

* Are familiar with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or a related field is an advantage.

* You'll work closely with the Head of Brand and Marketing and the wider communications team.
* No direct reports, but you'll collaborate with the creative services team to inspire and support each other.
* You'll be expected to regularly work from a Wates/WPS office or project site to foster collaboration.
* You'll play a key role in promoting a safety-first culture through all communications channels.
