How you'll make an impact
* Lead financial control across a multi-entity structure, strengthening processes and reducing risk
* Deliver accurate monthly management accounts with clear insight and commentary
* Own the year-end process, including statutory accounts and audit delivery
* Partner with senior leaders to support budgeting and forecasting decisions
* Build and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts to support financial resilience
* Improve financial controls, policies, and compliance with regulatory requirements
* Provide clear reporting to leadership, board, and external stakeholders
* Support funder reporting with accurate, timely financial information
* Develop a responsive, well-structured finance function
* Lead, coach, and develop the finance team
Why you're a great fit
Essential
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
* Strong background in management accounts, statutory accounts, and financial reporting
* Experience working in a multi-entity or group structure
* Understanding of charity accounting and regulatory requirements
* Experience with cloud-based finance systems
* Track record of leading and developing finance teams
Desirable
* Experience working with external funders or grant reporting
