The Role Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? Our RPT Youth Club is seeking anenergeticand compassionate Youth Worker to join our vibrant team.
Together, we aim to create a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment where young people can thrive.
You will work directly with young people to support their personal development, learning, and emotional well-being.
Youll help deliver structured programmes, engaging activities, and meaningful community projects that empower young people to reach their full potential.
Were looking for someone who can connect with young people, bring creativity to sessionsand contribute to a positive team culture.
This is a non-contracted, ad-hoc position with work scheduled as needed during term time and school holidays.
