Pay and Hours
Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.02 an hour; this increases to £13.15 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.
It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but opportunities for fewer hours (minimum 12) are also available. We will schedule your shifts within your availability windows and give 3 weeks’ notice. We support flexibility; if your available times are close to but not exactly matching the advertised times, we still encourage you to apply.
