Office Angels-Stirling have an excitingopportunity foran experienced Administrative Assistant to join an established teamto covera period of leave. The contract willrun for circa 4 weeks with the potential to beextended.
The role is based on the outskirts of Stirling City Centre.
Hours of work are: Mon-Fri- 9am to 5.00 pm
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a reactive role andmust beconfident with handling incoming queries and tasks from a shared admin support box.
What you'll do:
1. Act as first point of contact for telephone calls and visitors to head office
2. Process incoming/outgoing mail
3. Action and prioritise task requests in the admin support and customer care inboxes
4. Preparation of written responses using Company business templates
5. Typing and reformatting tasks
6. Board room bookings
7. Meeting room set up
8. Data inputting
What you'll need:
9. Proficiency with all products inMS OfficeSuite (especially Excel)
10. Customer oriented attitude
11. Excellent customer service skills
12. Good written and verbal communication skills
13. Self-motivation and a high work rate coupled with the ability towork on own initiativeand think on your feet
