Solicitor/Legal Executive
This unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to join a highly regarded and successful team, who perhaps don't shout about their successes enough!
The Role:
You will play a key role in delivering expert legal advice on all aspects of excellent quality company commercial law to include:
* Approx 70% transactional work. 30% commercial/contracts
* Mergers & Acquisitions
* Share restructures
* Employee ownership trusts
* SPV / Joint ventures
* Succession planning
* Family Farming Partnerships
* And much more
The firm don't have specific sector focus (yet!), but because of their geography have many agricultural & manufacturing clients
You will be encouraged to build relationships with your own client base as well as advise the established & loyal clients already on board
What experience do you need:
* 5+ years' PQE in corporate commercial law (ideal, but not essential)
* Strong background and willingness to learn
* An openness for business development would be an advantage, but do also get in touch if you really dislike this!
* Do reach out if you are a lawyer in a related specialism and looking to pivot into a corporate/commercial setting
