We're looking for a hands-on Junior Graphic Designer / Artworker to join our growing team

About the Role:
At our premises (from 9am-5pm). You'll closely with our design and production teams, supporting a range of projects from initial concept through to final production. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Preparing digital artwork for production and print
* Creating and updating artwork templates
* Generating accurate client proofs based on specifications
* Preparing files and operating large-format printers and 3D printers
* Assisting with production tasks (if required)
* Photographing finished products and uploading them to the website
* Ensuring all files meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency
What We're Looking For
* Exceptional attention to detail — this is absolutely essential
* Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
* Some understanding of preparing artwork for print and production — training will be given if required
* Comfortable working with production equipment (training provided if needed)
* Ability to follow precise instructions and spot even small inconsistencies
* Organised, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
* A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new skills
* Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
Bonus Points If You:
* Have experience with large-format or 3D print design
* Are confident designing for physical products or signage
* Hold a qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field
* Experience in updating websites
