Job Role
* Have a good understanding of all aspects of Commercial Property Law and be able to establish and build good client relationships, take detailed instructions effectively
* Be self‑motivated and act on own initiative
* Absorb information swiftly and accurately
* Deal courteously and confidently with members of the public, official bodies, and owner‑managed businesses
* Exhibit excellent attention to detail, working efficiently and accurately under pressure
Experience and Qualifications
* Post‑Qualification Employment (PQE) required
* Good knowledge of all rules/regulations within the Commercial Property area of law, including SRA accounts rules, SRA handbook and outcome‑focused regulations
* Excellent IT skills
