Personal or Serious Injury Solicitor

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload. You will handle personal injury litigation within a fast-paced commercial environment, requiring a good understanding of legal principles and procedures.
You will play a crucial part in advocating for clients who have suffered injuries due to accidents, negligence or other circumstances. Your role will involve conducting thorough investigations, gathering evidence and working diligently to negotiate fair settlements or secure favourable outcomes in court when necessary.
Requirements
* A good academic background with post-qualification experience in handling personal injury litigation.
* Proven experience in managing personal injury claims within a busy commercial environment.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
