The Role Manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and introducers Respond to technical legal enquiries and provide clear guidance to all parties Supervise and mentor Administrators, Paralegals, and Trainee Solicitors Assist with the ongoing development and growth of the conveyancing department You Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancer with at least 2 years’ experience handling a varied residential property caseload Knowledgeable across a broad range of residential property matters and conveyancing processes Detail-oriented, organised, and motivated team player with excellent communication skills Eager to contribute to a collaborative, people-focused environment Benefits Competitive salary of £35,000–£55,000 Annual tax-free profit-share 25 days holiday plus birthday and bank holidays Company pension scheme with employer contributions Flexible and hybrid working options Career progression support including mentoring and financial support for professional qualifications Ask Yourself This Do you thrive in a supportive environment where career progression is encouraged?
